Boston?

Anyone from Boston? Everyone OK?

I'm in Wakefield on the outskirts of Boston, but I don't know any more than anyone else. One of my cousins was planning on running today; no news on him yet. If he ran at his usual pace, he'd have finished with time to spare before the detonation.

My cousin is fine. He missed the bomb by about half an hour.

I'm glad your cousin is OK! I lived in Boston for many years back when I was at MIT,
and as as I've been able to tell, all my friends are fine too. But seeing those photos
of Boylston Street, which we used to walk past almost all the time on trips into town,
brought the whole thing just a bit too close to home.
