Punctuation

Somehow, Safari in OS X 10.11.6 public beta wasn't resolving the apostrophe correctly. Here's what I'm seeing: That’s I'm seeing an accent over a lower case a followed by the Euro symbol followed by the trademark symbol. Is it a Mac issue or is there HTML glitches?

I suspect that Paul is using Microsoft software which does not routinely generate web compatible apostrophes.

It's more precisely described as a hybrid of third-party editors left over from my NASA days and imperfectly ported to Linux, with additional bogus characters introduced on an occasional basis by the MATLAB (!!!) code I hacked together for when I need to reformat every episode in a hurry. Because anything worth doing is worth doing awkwardly :)
