Great Art... and Some of the Mundane Variety

Is there something you love, something you hate, something you'd like to see? Here's the place to bring it up. And don't forget that Infamous Green Marine.

A Problem with that picture sure would be the size of such a facility - given the resolution you have. Showing more than three or four airships at a port would make them appear as very few pixels each, killing any detail on the ships as well as on the ground.

Still, I hope to see such a picture, should be quite a sight.

If you did that kind of thing, it'd be great if you made a high-rez version suitable for desktops then shrunk it to provide the image for the update. I know it'd be more work for you, so I'm not demanding it, but I think it would be awesome. As for scale indications...cars, trucks, trains and other things make good ones, and would be logical to see around a busy port.

Is there any chance of getting today's image as a higher res version? I'm really digging it, even if the perspective on the Cloud seems..a little wonky.

I'm thinking about it. Though as you note, I have to tweak the Flying Cloud a little bit.

In fact, I'm thinking it's about time to finally get around to desktopizing (another fine word
that really should be a for-real word) some of the most popular graphics. Stay tuned! And
if there are any specific requests...

Well, I sat down to compile a list of images that might make nice desktop images and realized all told it was about 1/4 of the current total, so I broke it down by how much I liked them.

First up, the all-time favorites:
Episodes 1, 20, 22, 40, 50, 56, 72, 80, 82, 92

Second, those images I like a lot, but didn't quite make the top ten:
Episodes 11, 12, 15, 16, 32, 39, 63, 66, 78

Third, those that might be nice, but aren't exactly my priorities:
Episodes 4,8, 31, 34, 38, 90

Finally, a request: Given the story might there be a possibility of getting a seaplane/flying boat and R505 in the same image, either both in the air or both moored (like in ep 40?). I know planes aren't as common in this universe as ours, but it'd be a great image.

I am amused to report that there is an airship on the cover of two issues of The Wild Hunt. :(

Could be interesting to see all main characters on one image. Like a family photo :D
R-505 crew, their friends and adversaries. And I want to see the Fat Man!
May the light be with you.
