Welcome to Paul Gazis's Aviation Page. This began as a page of hang gliding stories, but over the years it has grown to become home for humor, drama, graphics, and tales about life. For flying and life have much in common. Like life, each flight begins with hope and expectations, climbs into the sunlight, and endures for a time. And like life, each flight must finally come to an end. But unlike life, after a flight is over, you get to do it again.

This site contains many things. These are listed below and in the links to the left... and be sure to check the mouseovers.

The Flying Cloud, R-505 The Flying Cloud, R-505. A tale of airships, adventure, gallant gentlemen, and sultry island maidens! Set in a world much like ours, or perhaps a world that was. Every Monday. Click here for contents or here for this week's episode.

Flight to the Borderlands Flight to the Borderlands. The notorious 'Big Sur Cloud Story'. It's been told and retold, by readers throughout the world, for almost twenty years. I can promise you'll remember it, for I most certainly did. And every word is true...

The List of Interesting Things The Eight Worlds. The famous Traveller variant that began back at MIT in the early 1980s. Now, bit by bit, we're transcribing its rules, notes, history, and background to the Web. Click here for an overview of the project.

The List of Interesting Things The List of Interesting Things. Humor, drama, glory, pathos, courage, triumph, and romance! Updated (almost) every week around Thor's Day. Click here for the latest interesting thing.

The Flying Wire Blog The Flying Wire. Want to know what's happening? Want to leave a comment? Read about it here or make your views known in this newspaper and blog of the Flying Cloud, the List of Interesting Things, and life!
